AIA Entrepreneur Power Scheme (EPS)

If you are mid-career switcher who seeks to support your financial needs while you fast track your career, AIA EPS is for you. The programme provides 12 months of fixed monthly allowance if you meet the required validations.
 
About the programme
The AIA EPS is a one-year programme, where successful applicants are put through an intensive training. Here, you will gain an understanding of the insurance industry and fundamentals of financial planning, learn essential product knowledge, professional skills and get equipped with key instruments to do well in this exciting career.

The right candidate

If you have the following qualities, we'd like to meet you:
  • Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years of working experience or degree holder with a minimum of 2 years of working experience
  • Full time commitment and eager to succeed
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Leadership potential
