Accident or Medical Emergencies
for AIA policies with emergency medical evacuation and repatriation benefit, please call +65 6248 8668.
The Emergency Assistance Services may include the following:
- Arrangement of emergency medical evacuation and repatriation (including repatriation of mortal remains), subject to AIA's approval
- Pre-trip assistance advice
- Legal and/or interpreter referral
This Emergency Assistance Service is provided by Aspire Lifestyle, an International SOS Company. Assistance will be provided as quickly as possible, to the best of our ability.

The precise terms and conditions, including exclusions whereby the benefits under your policy may or may not be payable, are specified in your policy contracts. You are advised to read the policy contracts.
This Service is delivered by Aspire Lifestyle, who is solely responsible for providing the Service to you. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the Service, or for any outcomes arising from its use. If your existing or in‑force insurance policy is cancelled, you will no longer be eligible to access this Service. We may, at its discretion, update the appointed service provider or withdraw the Service at any time without prior notice.
